Who You Are

We're seeking high-energy, commission-driven Sales Setters who thrive on making cold calls and enjoy the opportunity to earn substantial rewards by delivering results. Your mission is straightforward: call roofing company owners, qualify them, and schedule sales appointments with our team. You’ll be rewarded per qualified appointment – the hungriest dogs eat best.

 

Responsibilities
  • Make 50–100 cold calls per day to roofing businesses
  • Identify qualified leads based on the provided criteria
  • Set appointments with decision-makers
  • Occasionally, execute warm handoffs for immediate connection to a closer
  • Log call outcomes, appointment data, and feedback


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working.

Qualifications
  • Grit, hunger, and a performance-first attitude
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in phone-based sales or appointment setting (preferred)
  • Ability to follow scripts but pivot when needed
  • Self-motivated and independent; remote work ready

Compensation: 
  • $200 per qualified appointment (based on defined criteria)
  • an extra $100 for a live warm handoff (you keep the client on the line and bring in a closer immediately)
  • Potential to earn $300–$900 per day based on performance
  • Commission-only role: If you don’t book, you don’t earn
