Reddit Marketing Specialist / Community Builder (for AI Education Platform)

Other Jobs To Apply

About the Project

We’re an AI-powered academic & research platform that helps students, researchers, and professionals write, evaluate, and present academic work more efficiently.

We’re now looking to expand our visibility on Reddit — through genuine community engagement, topic-specific subreddits, and strategic keyword targeting (for both SEO and GEO purposes).

We’re seeking a professional Reddit marketing strategist and executor who can not only manage day-to-day campaigns, but also design a clear, structured marketing roadmap — outlining strategic direction, content planning, and actionable steps for each stage of the campaign. This includes defining goals, proposing creative engagement angles, and executing with measurable outcomes.

👉 Our primary focus is on Europe and North America, so applicants should have active Reddit accounts and marketing experience within these regions, including familiarity with their subreddit cultures, posting times, and engagement norms.

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Reddit marketer or team who can create, manage, and execute Reddit marketing campaigns that drive organic traffic and improve brand awareness.

Your role will involve:

Building and moderating Reddit communities (subreddits) around relevant topics.

Developing keyword-focused Reddit engagement strategies aligned with our product’s niche (AI tools, research productivity, education tech, etc.).

Creating high-quality, SEO-optimized Reddit content that can be indexed by search engines (GEO/SEO) and drive long-term organic visibility.

Creating authentic, non-spammy Reddit posts and discussions that spark engagement.

Coordinating with our SEO team to ensure Reddit campaigns align with keyword and backlink goals.

Tracking performance and reporting measurable results (traffic, engagement, conversions).

Requirements

Proven experience in Reddit community management and growth.

Deep understanding of Reddit algorithms, engagement patterns, and subreddit etiquette.

Ability to write in a natural, community-friendly tone (not like an ad).

Familiarity with SEO principles (keyword strategy, backlinking, traffic funneling).

Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign success (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.).

Preferably experience with AI, EdTech, or SaaS-related topics.

Must provide real examples or case studies of previous Reddit marketing projects — including community growth, campaign strategy, or measurable SEO/GEO outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

Past Reddit growth case studies (please include examples or screenshots).

Ability to build multi-account posting systems safely (no spammy bot methods).

Optional: experience running Reddit Ads or paid promotions.

Fluent in English.
