We're looking for enthusiastic Member Relations Team Members that ensure the delivery of a unique and cohesive member experience for our JOHN Reed club. You will report to and receive guidance from the Club Manager.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Support a welcoming and unique club atmosphere for our JOHN REED community.
  • Support all membership acquisition including renewals through our CRM system.
  • Conduct daily club tours for all prospective members and guests.
  • Prepare welcome gifts for all new member introductions.
  • Maintain member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.
  • Stay current on club reservations and changes of workflow by communicating with all departments daily.
  • Support the Club Manager as a strategic team player within the team.
  • Works when scheduled and adheres to company attendance policies.
  • Performs other reasonable work assignments as directed by the Gym General Manager and/or Operations Supervisor to include but not limited to light cleaning and picking up of weights.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or membership sales in a fitness or hospitality environment, including direct experience in client satisfaction. High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to proficiently use POS and CRM systems or any other computer programs required to meet the business needs of the club.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Organized and structured, coupled with a warm and friendly nature.
  • Passion for fitness
  • Must be able to lift upward of 50lbs.
  • Must be able to climb and descend stairs multiple times a day
