Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, utilizing calling techniques to establish rapport and trust.
  • Engage in B2C sales conversations, effectively negotiating terms and presenting solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology products to effectively communicate their benefits and features during calls.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills in inside sales, technical sales, and telemarketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred; familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficient in using CRM software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections gracefully while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
