About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist Direct Response Account Executive in coordination & execution of media schedules and account maintenance.
  • Input orders, process revisions, verify and disseminate contracts.
  • Establish strong business relationships and act as a liaison with advertising agency counterparts and internal Warner Bros. Discovery departments including National Sales Team, Pricing Planning & Operations, Linear Commercial Operations, and Billing Teams.
  • Respond to all client requests in a timely manner to ensure meeting their needs.
  • Work directly with Inventory Management to best optimize weekly inventory and maximize revenue.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies with agencies and billing department.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by Sales Support Management Team, Account Executives and/or Vice President(s) Ad Sales for assigned networks.

Requirements

  • Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Learns and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving skills and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and team player
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies
