The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

Summary of Role: 

RTX is seeking a Directory Management Life Cycle Specialist to join our Directory Management Operations Life Cycle team.  This role will work with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise-wide solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the management of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, non-standard change implementations and participating in program / project calls. 

What You Will Do:

  • Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools 

  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts 

  • Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement 

  • Oversee production releases 

  • Monitor delivery against SLAs  

  • Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform  

  • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards 

  • Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents 

  

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience  

  • Working knowledge in scripting (PowerShell) 

  • Working knowledge of change management processes 

  • Experience managing large multi-forest Active Directory environments  

  • Experience working with One Identity Active Roles 

  • Experience with using Splunk to review logs

  • Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management 

  • Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, capabilities or tools based on the needs.  

  • Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance. 

Location:   Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
