Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding their financial obligations and work to understand their unique situations and challenges. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide support and solutions. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues. Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers experiencing financial difficulties. Proactively identify opportunities to assist customers with managing their financial obligations. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and protect the interests of both the company and the customer. Meet or exceed collection goals and targets while maintaining a positive and respectful approach. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's systems. Continuously develop knowledge of company products and services to effectively educate and inform customers. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of customer confidentiality. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all interactions with customers are within legal and ethical boundaries.
