UBS SECURITIES LLC is seeking a Director, Global Banking - Americas Technology in New York, NY.

We're looking for a Director, Global Banking - Americas Technology to:

Develop detailed financial models, including restructuring, financing, IPOs, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) models


Complete asset level due diligence on buyer and seller portfolios.
Participate in and conduct due diligence sessions with companies.
Work with Analysts and Associates to develop financial models and pitch book materials, conduct company research, and analyze data to help advise current or prospective corporate clients on actual or prospective M&A transactions and corporate finance offerings.


Execute capital markets transactions, including review of legal documents, completing Know Your Client, performing company-level due diligence, and preparing committee memos.
Spreadsheet modeling utilizing Microsoft Excel, including analysis at various prices, discounted cash flow analysis, ability to pay analysis, accretion/dilution, and leveraged buyout analysis.
Functionally manage all aspects of transaction processes, including preparation of pitches, financial analyses, valuations, and marketing materials as well as conducting due diligence, managing day-to-day communication with client and counter-party.


Present analyses and deliverables in both internal and external meetings.
Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $275,000 to $280,000 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk.

The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
