Take ownership of projects and be accountable for delivering high-quality solutions within designated timelines. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance user experience and increase efficiency. Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and develop their technical skills. Conduct research and experiments to evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve customer support processes and systems.
