Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing daily sales operations tasks for the assigned region, adhering to established processes and policy guidelines. You will deliver five-star service to internal sales teams and external trade partners, facilitating QR revenue-generating sales activities. You will maintain a strong esprit de corp and participate in relationship building with internal stakeholders.

You will play a leading role in executing sales operations activities, including Reservations and Ticketing, Trade/Corporate Account support, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration. You will also deliver customer-friendly, value-added communications to external trade partners on QR-related matters.

You will support the sales team in maintaining an up-to-date database of trade partners within the region, provide regular reporting on key departmental performance metrics, mentor junior colleagues, and perform other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department.

You will also raise commercial tool kit requests, maintain Galaxy and Trade portal platforms, communicate with customers or QR Account Managers, produce reports for relevant markets, keep customer profiles updated, and upload PLB and corporate contracts in Galaxy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in any of these fields such as reservations, ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, and business analysis. Must be fluent in English, PC literate, excellent relationship building and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of airline operations and reservation systems, and the relevant travel industry, and possess problem-solving, efficiency-oriented mindset, strong mentoring and coaching skills, and teamwork ability.
