WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE 

Interns will have the opportunity to work on our Data Integration team with a focus on projects. 

pertaining to the building and maintaining of core product information through various systems in the Product Creation engine. Example projects may include: 

  • Enhancing Operational Efficiency: By analyzing existing workflows, you would work to identifying opportunities to implement streamlined processes leveraging strategic integration of automation, increasing productivity and speed of execution. 

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyzing and interpreting Nike product data to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can be used to optimize business outcomes.  

  • Operational Excellence: support internal key stakeholders and external partners to execute the end-to-end sports product creation process.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We are looking for leaders who are passionate about collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve our product creation process. Those most successful in this role are self-starters who have curiosity to learn from others and who can manage multiple priorities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027 

  • Background in Business, Operations Information Science or related field preferred  

  • 0-2 years work experience 

  • Resume submission (PDF) required  

 

Skills: 

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making skills  

  • Strong organizational and communication skills 

  • Demonstrated experience with data management and data analytics 

  • Experience investigating, capturing, and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database 

  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas 

  • Proficiency with one or more tools like PowerPoint/Keynote, Outlook, Smartsheets, Miro required 

  • Prior product (footwear, apparel, and equipment) experience is beneficial 

  • Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers
