<strong>Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges</strong><br><br>As a <strong>Federal Commercial Project Manager</strong> here at Honeywell, you will oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of federal energy performance contracts. This role requires extensive experience in contract management, risk management, project cost control, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing federal energy performance contracts and a deep understanding of the implications of design decisions, scope changes, and project delays.<br><br>You will report directly to our Operations Leader.<br><br><strong>**This position will support and work 100% onsite at various client sites throughout the US/International. </strong><br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Manage the project's contractual and commercial position, ensuring compliance with federal energy performance contract requirements</li><li>Provide support to Project Managers on standard federal project templates and deliverables, trainings and best practices</li><li>Oversee project cost control, including forecasting and financial management.</li><li>Coordinate with Federal agencies to ensure program success</li><li>Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financial performance, and risk management</li><li>Occasional off-hours, weekends, and holiday work may be required to support customer operations</li><li>Company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites</li><li>Travel: up to 80% US/International</li></ul><br>The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $139,00.000 - $153,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $139,000 - $165,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
