PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this job is to ship & receive stock/shipments, administer daily tasks, and ensure
product is merchandised for the customer to have a great experience in our stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Tasks related to inventory control
  • Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
  • Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)
  • Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
  • Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
  • Cash Handling
  • Shrink awareness and control
  • Additional duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expert in planograms in at least one department (multiple departments preferred).
  • Desired 2-5 years of experience in GC field retail management with Merchandising expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other typical computer applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve competing priorities
  • Knowledge of musical instruments
  • Detail-oriented with good follow up skills.
  • Learn and retain job related information.
  • Strong working knowledge Green Screen.
  • Working knowledge of computers at a beginner or intermediate level.
  • Calculate and process figures such as discounts, taxes, and percentages while accurately managing cash, credit, or check transactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams to meet the deadline.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% for extended periods of time.
  • Must be available to work long hours, evenings, over-nights, weekends, and holidays with regular air travel.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time on non-resilient floors (such as concrete).
  • Able to bend, squat, stretch, climb (ladders), and lift or place merchandise on shelves.
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs by one's self, with the help from another, or by using available equipment.
