Urgently Hiring: Talk Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Fully Remote | Multi-state | Part-Time

We're expanding and we are seeking a multi-state, compassionate and skilled Talk Therapist to provide high-quality mental health support to employee-based individuals. The therapist will engage clients in therapeutic conversations to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, fostering personal growth, resilience, and improved mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Build a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients to express their feelings and concerns.
  • Assess clients’ needs, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with confidentiality laws and organizational policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in counseling techniques, mental health research, and therapeutic practices.
  • Educate patients on coping strategies, self-care, and mental health resources.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by licensing boards and the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Relevant state licensure (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • At least 2+ years previous experience providing therapy or counseling
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations,
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy).
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidential records and using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
