About the Role

As a Systems Analyst I - Starbucks Technology, you'll be responsible for supporting technology solutions that drive business success. You'll work closely with senior analysts, technical resources, and business partners to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that improve store technology health and overall business operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze store technology operations holistically and create assessments on how to improve technology viability in a store.
  • Create and facilitate projects to improve store technology stack.
  • Participate on agile methodology scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects.
  • Gather and document solution requirements, develop business process designs, and support solution design utilizing user-centric design techniques.
  • Support application configuration, data conversion, and solution testing efforts.
  • Provide 24*7 global support of critical systems, working trouble tickets, and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise.
  • Develop system proficiency and build subject matter expertise through root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate and drive issue resolution within the team and cross-functionally, effectively communicating with end-users to gather information and convey status.
  • Create and maintain systems documentation, and use query tools to write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in solution design, system configuration, and testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business partners, technical resources, and senior analysts.
  • Experience with agile methodology and scrum teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data queries and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
