Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a comprehensive understanding of various medical disciplines. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of medical practice. The Physician will work in a dynamic environment, providing quality care across multiple specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as Psychiatry, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, and more.
  • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
  • Provide perioperative care and assist in surgical procedures when necessary.
  • Manage critical care situations, including airway management and acute pain management.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.
  • Educate patients on health coaching, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Skills

  • Proficient in EHR systems and EMR systems for efficient patient record management.
  • Knowledgeable in medical imaging techniques such as CT, MRI, and mammography.
  • Experience in various specialties including but not limited to Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology (Ob/Gyn), Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Oncology.
  • Familiarity with procedures like catheterization, suturing, and wound care.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding (CPT/ICD), and documentation practices.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective patient communication and service delivery.
