<p>Akkodis is seeking <strong>a Slack Administration Analyst </strong>for<strong> a 6-Month Contract </strong>position with a client located in <strong>Los Angeles, CA (Remote).</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $50- $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support an Enterprise Slack environment with close to 10,000 active users, 40 workspaces and thousands of channels.</li><li>Resolve elevated support requests.</li><li>Identify and document new support categories so they can then be implemented in our self-service portal.</li><li>Identify and document opportunities to automate support requests.</li><li>Identify and document opportunities to shift support request categories to our help desk.</li><li>Participate in the resolution of production incidents and time-sensitive requests.</li><li>Work on sensitive requests with the highest level of confidentiality and privacy.</li><li>Author and maintain documentation for operational processes, policies and runbooks.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience with Slack administration in a large Enterprise Grid environment (at the scale of several thousands of users).</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Slack user roles and permissions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Slack Connect.</li><li>Disciplined and autonomous, comfortable context switching and adapting often as priorities change.</li><li>Excellent English language skills: you are a comfortable public speaker and are used to writing in-depth application how-tos, documenting standard operating procedures, and producing user-facing documentation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Kanban, comfortable working in iterative methodologies.</li><li>Experience with Work Management platforms such as Jira, Airtable and Trello.</li><li>Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.</li><li>Experience with Knowledge Management platforms such as Google Workspaces and Notion.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
