Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Manager II, Product Marketing to lead a team of advertising‐focused product marketers responsible for driving the success of our Instacart Ads ecosystem. In this role you will develop cohesive go‐to‐market strategies, execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, and collaborate with Product, Brand Partnerships, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Instacart’s Ad suite and industry trends to influence the product roadmap.
  • Lead and build a Center of Excellence by managing a team of product marketers and establishing robust go‐to‐market strategies.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by partnering with Sales and Product teams to translate market insights into product initiatives.
  • Oversee team strategy, budget management, and resource allocation to focus on high-priority workstreams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing with at least 5 years in digital advertising and technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in Retail Media Network, CPG, and/or Retailer environments.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and advertising technologies.
  • Proven ability to define marketing objectives, track KPIs, and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a customer-centric mindset and executive presence.

  • Experience using AI to optimize workflow and processes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for media, measurement, and the advertising industry paired with exceptional problem-solving skills.
