Candidate will own value discovery, process redesign, enterprise architecture , and operating model change across core functions </li><li> Candidate must have functional process experience in at least one of the following key functional areas and guide business cases, roadmaps, and delivery for complex transformations, </li><li> Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) </li><li> Experience in M&A integrations and separations. (is desirable but not required) Job Description </li><li> Own client outcomes: Serve as engagement lead from vision to measurable value realization. </li><li> Process leadership: Be the process expert in at least one of functional process of L2O, O2C, or P2P; map current to future state, define controls/KPIs. </li><li> Strategy & value mapping: Run C-suite/VP workshops; build business cases. </li><li> Operating model design: Define roles, governance, RACI. </li><li> Enterprise Architecture (EA): </li><ul><li> Create business capability maps , value streams, and target-state architectures aligned to strategy. </li><li> Define reference architectures and standards for application, data, integration, analytics, </li><li> T echnology roadmaps and debt remediation . </li></ul><li> Digital enablement: Translate strategy into platform roadmaps and integration patterns. </li><li> Process & experience design: Apply Design Thinking, and service blueprints to orchestrate process design workshops. </li><li> Program leadership: Stand up/run a Transformation Office; manage risks, and cross-functional teams. </li><li> 10+ years total experience in consulting or industry; 5+ years leading large, cross-functional transformation programs. </li><li> Deep process expertise in one or more : L2O, O2C, P2P </li><li> Proven track record in value mapping , future-state process & architecture design , and business strategy with measurable outcomes. </li><li> Executive presence with excellent facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About NTT DATA<br><br></strong>NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
