We are currently seeking a Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to join our Team.


This position actively manages all aspects of the client experience and is responsible for the client's satisfaction on an assigned caseload ranging from 120 to 160 clients. As the primary contact, the Relationship Manager acts as liaison with various internal teams and external partners to provide Accurate information, Prompt, Personal and Professional administration to assist our clients in accomplishing their retirement plan goals. This position is the main contact for our clients and has the primary responsibilities outlined below. This position is not a management or supervisory position. This position is a telecommute position. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day communications via phone, email, etc. with clients, brokers, and CPA'S.
  • Gather information from and send out annual valuation reports.
  • Deliver Form 5500 and related Schedules.
  • Deliver Form 8955-SSA.
  • Assist Clients with form 5500 electronically filling.
  • Ensure 5500's and extensions are filed timely.
  • Plan Administration tracking.
  • Send out yearend packages/census requests and follow up on receipt.
  • Review information received for completeness.
  • Request plan amendments and review plan amendments with Clients.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet pre-determined goals and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years retirement plan administration experience.
  • Working knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations.
  • Experience with FT Williams Plan Administration.
  • Experience with PensionPal a plus.
  • Above average customer service skills.
  • Above average problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet pre-determined deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of various retirement plan types and platforms.
  • QKA Professional designation desired or obtainable.
