Job Description

As the Line Producer for Rocksmith+, you will manage the live content and video production team to ensure the quality and execution of videos to entertain, educate and inspire Rocksmith+ subscribers. You will supervise the physical production of video and social content, and work closely with Finance on the overall game budget tracking and reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Production management and supervision of all videos for Lessons, YouTube content, marketing content, and social media content
  • Work with various teams and departments to ensure content is produced efficiently and delivered within schedule and budget parameters, following established processes and procedures, meeting deadlines, and satisfying creative expectations
  • Maintain the master schedule and budget
  • Oversee all aspects of production from development to delivery
  • Guide the team to prioritize and organize creative goals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop an environment where the entire team can create their best work by cultivating a team culture that brings timely feedback and collaboration
  • Act as the central point of contact for leadership, production, content creative, post-production, and outside vendors in the execution of content
  • Develop and maintain relationships for externally produced projects with production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies
  • Work with Legal to execute vendor contracts and ensure contractual needs are met throughout production
  • Work with Executive Producer, Live Op Director, and Project Financial Analyst to track the master Rocksmith+ Project Budget and aid in accurate cost reporting
  • Track and monthly report on all video to Production Accountant
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Mid to Senior level of experience of content production management experience
  • Experienced in a variety of programming types including studio-based, celebrity, documentary, editorial, commercial/branded, product integrations, and third-party produced content
  • Highly experienced in creating production and post scheduling, project and series tracking, and production workflows
  • Highly experienced in budget creation and tracking
  • Previous experience with production budget software and management
  • Ability to effectively lead a team by inspiring, mentoring, and motivating
  • Ability to work with both in-person and remote groups in various time zones
  • Ability to work with diverse groups, both internal and external, in a respectful and manner
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and maintain time and resources
  • Strong knowledge of production logistics and workflow, industry technology, rights issues, and current industry standard practices
  • Experienced in contracting, negotiating, scheduling, and managing vendors and crews
  • Experienced in budgeting, releases, purchase orders, call sheets, booking freelance talent, freelance crew, external vendors, and post production
  • Experienced in overseeing a small on-location studio space and production crews, equipment, coordinating travel, permitting, scheduling, handling insurance requirements
  • Experienced in reconciling financials, and cost reporting is required
  • Musical background is ideal but not required
