ESPN Digital and Good Karma Brands is in need of a top preforming Account Manager located in our Milwaukee, WI office that thrives in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment and is passionate about assisting our digital sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organization skills, and an understanding of the strong sense of urgency that comes with working in a sales environment. As an Account Manager, you will support the digital sales team by helping to facilitate marketing campaigns and assist with external partner communication, among all other sales-related tasks.

Daily Tasks of a Digital Account Manager:

  • Ability to handle day-to-day management of all copy and creative for multiple partners at various steps in the process.
  • Capability to be an extension of the Marketing Consultant by working directly with and communicating to partners, ensuring their campaign and programs are running accurately.
  • Oversight of all details with sales process and partnership including copy, creative, dates, billing summaries, invoices, liability reports, campaigns/decks, building media plans.
  • Management of campaign/deck creation process working directly with Marketing Consultant and design team.
  • Update and manage Salesforce with the capability to enter Marketing Consultant's billing, make adjustments, include notes and action steps, etc.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate delivery reports including what to highlight when sending to partners and what to look for when evaluating.
  • Ability to collaborate with Marketing Consultant's on all elements within the sales process.

Hours/Salary/Benefits

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
