Uptalent.io is seeking a skilled <strong>Remote MEP BIM Modeler</strong> to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is critical in developing high-quality BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects. As part of our global operations, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to bring design concepts to life while ensuring compliance with industry standards.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create detailed MEP models in Revit.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design aspects and resolve conflicts.</li><li>Develop 3D models and construction documentation for MEP systems.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of designs, adhering to project specifications.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers.</li><li>Assist in the development of project schedules and deliverables.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven Expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.</li><li> Extensive Experience in MEP BIM Modeling: Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed and accurate MEP BIM models for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.</li><li> Proficiency in Clash Detection: Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving clashes within MEP models using software like Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools to ensure model accuracy and coordination with other disciplines.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.</li><li> Prior experience working on projects based in the United States is essential, as it demonstrates an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of the local market.
