Job Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operator/Clerk to manage high-volume data entry tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, organizing, and managing information from various sources, supporting our Sales and Marketing teams as needed. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and an ability to work independently.


  • Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input customer information, account details, and other data from various source documents into our systems.

Manage and maintain databases using Excel, Word, and other data entry software.

Convert paper-based records into digital formats through keyboard input, data recorders, or scanners.

Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval, ensuring it is stored correctly in digital databases.

Review and verify the accuracy of data before final entry to maintain high-quality records.

Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and generate reports.

Research and gather information from websites and other online sources, then input the data into structured templates. Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments by assisting with data-related tasks and reports. Complete additional tasks assigned by management in an efficient and timely manner.


Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with team members.
  • Experience with data entry in construction, real estate, or home-building industries is a bonus but not necessary.
