Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with leaders to develop data-driven solutions to current business challenges.
- Source and analyze data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and reporting.
- Consolidate diverse data sources into meaningful hierarchies.
- Develop automated reports and analyses with guidance from senior team members.
- Support process improvement and project management initiatives across various business units.
- Present findings to Functional Analysis leaders and stakeholders.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in every operational process and system.
- Demonstrate a team-first attitude, prioritizing the success of the team and colleagues.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Graduate degree in Data Innovation and Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of experience working with IT or HR data or related fields.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Data Innovation and Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of experience working with IT or HR data or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Access database development, SQL, EPI-USE, SAP HANA, and Alteryx.
- Experience in creating and automating performance reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data and complex data platforms.
- Ability to develop Extract, Transform, and Load processes that utilize multiple data sources and formats.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Integration Services.
- Experience with Landscape and SAS is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, having the following skills and experience will be advantageous:
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies.
