Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leaders to develop data-driven solutions to current business challenges.
  • Source and analyze data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and reporting.
  • Consolidate diverse data sources into meaningful hierarchies.
  • Develop automated reports and analyses with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support process improvement and project management initiatives across various business units.
  • Present findings to Functional Analysis leaders and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Graduate degree in Data Innovation and Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 3 years of experience working with IT or HR data or related fields.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Data Innovation and Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 5 years of experience working with IT or HR data or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Access database development, SQL, EPI-USE, SAP HANA, and Alteryx.
  • Experience in creating and automating performance reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of data and complex data platforms.
  • Ability to develop Extract, Transform, and Load processes that utilize multiple data sources and formats.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Experience with Landscape and SAS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following skills and experience will be advantageous:

  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
