About this role:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will serve as an outpatient-only Primary Care Physician in the Downtow extension of our larger fully integrated Clinic.
- This position includes a$ 2 5,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000in relocation assistance , a $1500/ mo residency stipend for PG2 and PGY3 and$ 100 ,000in student loan repayment when applicable
- You will practice at Patterson Primary Care Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado
- Your clinic days are flexible - 4 - 10 hr days
- 1.0 FTE, 36 Patient Contact Hours in 4 - 10 hour days
- Practice Call is currently 1:18 and runs from Wed 7p to Wed 7a, the week you are on call you will be the sole provider for our Saturday acute care clinic 8a-12p and one week day will be cut in half to make up for this time.
- Patient load will start at 12 -15 patients a day as you establish a patient panel

Compensation: Annual Base Salary: FM - $290,000 annually + $50.00/wRVU over 5800
IM - $290,000 annually +$50.00/wRVU over 5400
Quality Incentive: up to $15,000 annually
What you'll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
