They are currently looking to add a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr - $20/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of 4 - 6 contracts weekly, including entering contract details, generating invoices, sending them to clients, and following up on payments. The Part-Time Customer Service Representative also provides support to the event customer service team by processing orders, managing invoices, and handling client communication through Oracle. Additionally, the Part-Time Customer Service Representative involves assisting with occasional ad hoc analysis and reporting projects as needed.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Customer Service Representative:

  • Enter and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct light accounts receivable follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to two business units.

Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Customer Service Representative:

  • 1 - 2 years in customer service, billing, or accounting support.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Customer Service Representative:

  • Oracle CRM and Oracle Sales experience.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
