What Will I Do in this Position?

As a BaseCamp Market Service (“BMS”) Rep, you will work directly with franchisees to help them execute their monthly marketing promotions. Key components of your role will include creating Google forms, customizing existing creative content using Adobe InDesign, placing print orders, scheduling email and text campaigns, maintaining websites and social media accounts, and providing updates to franchisees. You may also be asked to assist with other special projects. As a BMS Rep, other responsibilities include:
  • Organizing, overseeing, and proactively managing multiple marketing campaigns, social media accounts, and print orders for your assigned stores; specific associated responsibilities include:
  • Ordering print materials on behalf of franchisees for in-store signage and other local marketing efforts
o Creating and executing marketing campaigns through email, text, and social media accounts
o Updating franchisee websites, Facebook pages, Google My Business listings
o Making basic design edits on an as needed basis * Ensuring all campaigns and associated marketing materials maintain a high-quality standard and are delivered to franchisees well in advance of any relevant deadlines
  • Establishing and growing strong relationships with franchisees, including by:
  • Speaking with franchisees on a regular basis and developing direct
relationships
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to add additional value and insights to
franchisees beyond the standard BMS responsibilities * Completing other tasks and special projects on an as needed basis
