Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their travel dreams and curating personalized, high-end itineraries.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with affluent travelers through attentive service and expert guidance.
  • Applying your sales acumen to exceed expectations in a relationship-focused sales model.
  • Running your business independently while taking full advantage of Sheenco’s established brand, exclusive training, and lead generation tools.
  • Following Sheenco’s proven systems and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional results for every client.

We’re Looking for Professionals Who:

  • Have a proven track record in consultative sales—experience in luxury sectors such as real estate, hospitality, or high-end retail is ideal.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and a talent for building trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Share our passion for luxury travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences.
  • Are highly disciplined in following established systems and processes while adding their own personal flair.
  • Are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and committed to managing their own success.
  • Reside in the United States and are able to serve clients across North America.
