We are currently seeking compassionate and community-focused Internists, Family Medicine Physicians, and Pediatricians for our clinics in Southern Arizona, with opportunities in Benson, Bisbee, Elfrida, Sierra Vista, and Douglas.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, affordable healthcare for the entire family through our county-wide network of clinics and comprehensive programs. Our services include Family Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental Services, Behavioral Health, Diabetic Education, Patient Care Coordination, and Mobile Health Services.

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, with no in-patient responsibilities
On-Call: Light phone call duty, evenly distributed among providers
Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, .8 FTE, and sabbatical positions available
Time Off: 5 weeks of vacation to start
Patient Load: 12+ patients per day
Compensation: Average earnings well above $300,000
