Personal & Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $13.00 – $15.00/hour
Type: Entry-Level, Full-Time
Travel: 40% Business Travel Required (all travel expenses covered by the company)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Assisting with day-to-day business operations in both the office and production areas
  • Helping with production tasks like preparing packaging, labeling, and organizing event materials
  • Supporting event prep and setup by following checklists and making sure details are ready
  • Keeping schedules, emails, and files organized
  • Booking and managing travel for both business and personal trips (all expenses paid by the company)
  • Running errands, organizing, and helping with personal tasks for the CEO
  • Tracking projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handling personal and business matters with professionalism and confidentiality
