Description:

  • Complete daily customer service order processing duties for NDT Business
  • Participate in all aspects of customer order fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email or chat
  • Provide customers with quotes including stock availability, pricing & ETAs
  • Issue RMAs for damaged, lost or miss-shipments
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy & efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate or resolve complex issues
  • Coordinate NDT orders and shipping with appropriate warehouse personnel
  • Act as primary administrator for all domestic and foreign NDT orders
  • Manage billing for South America, Latin America & Chemistry customers
  • Create TAS orders for White Mountain customers
  • Record, update and catalog all Customer Service procedures
  • Participate in bi-weekly NDT staff meetings to help manage backorders
  • Process all NDT FOC orders (Domestic and Foreign)
  • Assist in data collection and report preparation
  • Perform special projects, tasks and studies as requested by management

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate
  • 3-5 years of Office experience & CSR experience
  • Knowledge of SAP required; advanced SAP procedures knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills & the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Desire to work as a team player while demonstrating a positive attitude to customers / coworkers
  • Ability to sit 75-100% of applicable work time
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
  • Ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time
  • Close vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates, testing, face coverings, and vendor credentialing as required
