Job Description:

Handle claims by establishing facts of loss, coverage analysis, investigation, compensability/liability/negligence determination, coordination of medical care (if needed), litigation management, damage assessment, settlement negotiations, fraud detection, and use of authorized vendors. Keep claim metrics current, manage a caseload based on claim complexity, and ensure all handling complies with state statutes, client guidelines, and NARS best practices. Attend conferences, client meetings, mentor adjusters, and assist management as needed. Some travel may be required. Maintain timely reserves and report completion.

Qualification Requirements:
• High School Diploma or higher (2-year degree or more preferred).
• 7+ years of claim adjusting experience, preferably in the relevant line of business.
• At least 7+ years of heavy litigation experience for all lines except Worker’s Compensation.
• 5+ years of Construction Defect or related experience if handling that line.
• Eligible for reserve/payment authority of $50,000+.
• Ability to obtain or possess a Florida Adjuster’s license or other jurisdictional license.

Salary range for this position is $69,000 - $110,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for performance-based raises and salary growth.
