Connect CRM With Zapier into Google Service Ads With Automation

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Hi, I own a residential painting company called Valley Painters in Salt Lake City. We use Google Local Services Ads (LSA) to get leads, and I want to connect those leads automatically into Agile CRM using Zapier (or Pabbly if easier/cheaper).

I need someone who can:

  1. Connect Google LSA → Zapier → Agile CRM so every new lead flows into Agile automatically.
  2. Build a lead nurturing sequence inside Agile CRM with SMS and email follow-ups that:
  • Introduce Valley Painters
  • Ask qualifying questions about their painting project (interior only)
  • Nurture them before setting an estimate.
  1. Set up automation rules so estimates can only be booked:
  • For interior painting leads only
  • Monday–Friday, after 5 PM Mountain Time.
  1. Help configure Agile CRM dashboards so I can track leads, booked estimates, and project conversions easily.

Deliverables:

  • Working Zapier integration with Google LSA → Agile CRM
  • Automated SMS/email drip sequence for new leads
  • Booking system that respects my availability
  • Documentation or quick Loom video showing how everything works

Budget:

I’m looking for an affordable setup (preferably under $100–$200 for initial setup). Open to ongoing hourly work if you’re a good fit.

Skills Required:

  • Zapier or Pabbly Connect expert
  • Agile CRM setup & automations
  • Experience with lead nurturing sequences (SMS + email)
  • Knowledge of Google LSA integration is a big plus

When to Start:

ASAP — I’d like this completed within the next 2 weeks.
