With a presence on over 3,500 campuses, Turning Point USA is the largest and fastest-growing youth organization in America.<br><br></em><strong>Job Description: </strong> The Asset Management Administrator is responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with clerical & administrative work, communicating & coordinating contractors and other service providers, inventorying and deploying Turning Point USA assets, maintaining TPUSA facilities, inputting invoices for payment, coordinating interior design efforts for various campus projects and holidays, assisting the team with holiday activities and events at headquarters, and other special projects. The Asset Management team is responsible for the Phoenix Campus and the other growing locations in and out of state. Exemplary skills for this position would be facilities maintenance and or property management. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: Grassroots Humility, Warrior Spirit, and Persistent Innovation. Additionally, the ability to pay great attention to detail and be organized are highly desired. This is an entry level role with room for growth.<br><br><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Attention to detail and very well organized.</li><li>Versed in property upkeep and management.</li><li>Familiarity with basic administrative and clerical systems (Email, Google Suite/Microsoft Office)</li><li>Aid in the facilitation of the Asset Management, Logistics, and Distribution Departments.</li><li>Identify the most cost effective route for projects/tasks.</li><li>Assist with operational functions around the campus with an innovative approach.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with different contractors or project managers.</li><li>Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.</li><li>Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Passion for conservative ideas and principles.</li><li>Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.</li><li>Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>“WOW!” Skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Previous involvement with TPUSA.</li><li>Facility management experience.</li><li>Prior billing/accounting experience or clerical/admin work.</li><li>Prior service provider outreach and coordination experience.</li><li>Familiarity with AirTable, Google Suite, Telegram, Hubspot, and other communication platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Asset Panda, Apple Business Manager, IBM Maas360, and other inventorying systems.</li><li>Prior construction experience or other trade work experience.</li><li>Forklift Certification.<br><br></li></ul><em>Please note that wages posted on third party sites such as Indeed are auto generated and are not accurate.</em>
