The world's brightest technology minds come to Amazon to research and develop technology that improves the lives of shoppers and sellers around the world.<br><br><strong>About The Role - Account Management<br><br></strong>As an Account Manager as part of RBS (Retail Business Services) VSP (Vendor Success Program) Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing vendor for Amazon Retail.<br><br>RBS VSP team is looking for a bright, customer centric, data driven, and creative candidate to join our team. The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. You will engage directly with Amazon’s vendors and multiple internal teams to enable Amazon’s vendors growth on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of negotiation skills and work across major functional areas to drive the performance of vendor partners at Amazon. In this role you will be focused on growing our business with Amazon vendor partners.<br><br>Also you will look into operational aspects of their business with Amazon, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business.<br><br>Please note that you will be expected to specifically work on transactional but business critical activities and have a hands-on approach.<br><br>Timings will be as per USA shift, 04:00 pm IST to 01:00 am IST<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and execute pricing strategies.<br><br>Identify new opportunities across a large number of brands, develop and execute project plans.<br><br>Success will be measured by the performance of your task and deliverables on input metrics.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers</li><li> 3+ years of sales or account management experience</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey key insights from complex analysis in business terms to both internal and external parties<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's Degree<br><br></li></ul>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
