This is a DELIVERY DRIVER with Morelly Logistics Corp., delivering packages for Amazon!

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and hard in a fast-paced team environment. Currently, we are looking to fill full-time driving positions in Rosedale, NY ( 25 minutes from Queens).

Delivery drivers have the opportunity to develop as professional drivers, putting safety and reliability first. You will have the opportunity to deliver smiles to the community, ensuring each package is delivered with care.

· Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Benefits & Scheduling:

· 23.75 / hour (paid weekly)

· 10-hour shifts are typical

· 4-day workweek (40 hours) is typical

(must be available at least one day on the weekend)

· Shifts typically run from 10:15 am am to 8:45 pm, with a 30 minute duty free lunch (unpaid) and two paid 15 min breaks

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Deliver packages safely, efficiently and on time!

· Must be able to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs

· Follow strict safety standards on and off the road

· Load vans with all packages at delivery station

· Operate a handheld electronic device for GPS and daily records (clock-in/safety monitoring)

· Drive Cargo Van (climbing in and out of the vehicle, walking upstairs and through driveways for deliveries)

· Communicate effectively with Dispatchers, Amazon Support Teams, and fellow drivers

· Work in all weather conditions

· Work as a team to ensure all packages are delivered

· Have a positive can-do attitude!!!

Delivery Driver Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years oldwith the ability to read and speak English for safety

· Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license

· Must 1 year driving experience

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEK to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
