Warehouse Associate – Cold Storage
Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $19/hr | Paid Weekly
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts | 4–5 day work week | 7-day operation (weekend availability required). Shifts run until work is finished and end times vary by volume.

The Opportunity

As a Warehouse Associate in our cold storage facility, you will:

  • Load, unload, select, and move freight

  • Operate equipment and perform palletizing, repacking, and auditing

  • Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety standards

  • Work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to -15°F

  • Adapt to flexible scheduling needs in a 7-day-a-week operation

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced candidates strongly preferred – limited training is available

  • Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. throughout the shift

  • Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to thrive in a physically demanding role

  • Flexibility to work different days/shifts as operational needs require
