Position Summary<br><br>Contractor<br><br>Remote<br><br>Work you'll do<br><br>As a Marketing Contractor, you will assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns by providing support to the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include helping with the development and implementation of marketing plans, conducting market research and analysis to help inform decisions, and assisting with content creation and management across channels such as social media, email, and websites. You will help monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and support the team in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.<br><br><strong>Roles And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Deliver high-quality creative solutions for web-based experiences and videos that engage Deloitte’s target audiences in a unique and memorable way execution</li><li>Oversee photo, remote, and live-action video shoots, collaborating closely with the Creative Director, while managing production schedules, logistics, prep calls, and maintaining detailed production books to ensure streamlined operations</li><li>Collaborate across our Agile organization—including creative, strategy, account management, studio production teams—to determine project scopes and requirements</li><li>Participate in agile sprint planning, task prioritization, backlog refinement, and retrospective sessions to drive project success</li><li>Research, bid, evaluate, and award projects to quality vendors, including creative agencies and production studios, in partnership with Business Operations</li><li>Ensure vendors meet project requirements and comply with legal standards</li><li>Negotiate optimal vendor rates and manage usage rights and licensing for imagery, video footage, and audio used in final creative assets<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years relevant experience with working across disciplines in web, video, and photography production, preferably in an agency environment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite, complemented by practical experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT</li><li>Adept at integrating a range of digital technologies to streamline production workflows and enhance marketing content</li><li>Proficient in content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager</li><li>Proficient in creative collaboration tools, BugHerd, Figma, Frame.io a plus</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, accessibility standards, UX design principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with developers and designers</li><li>Deep understanding of the end-to-end creative production process (pre-production, production, post-production)</li><li>Experience working with and managing vendor contracts</li><li>Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm</li><li>Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred</li><li>Travel up to 10% for this role<br><br></li></ul><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $65 - $70 per hour.</strong><strong> </strong><strong> The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong>#Remote<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>During team’s core business hours<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
