Remote Call Center Representative

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. We are looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and determined to deliver a comprehensive solution to these Supplemental benefits-related calls. Customer service experience is a plus but not required to be successful in this role.

Pay is $16.32/hour which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Paid time off is accrued after 180 days (about 6 months) of employment.

Health benefits medical, dental, and vision are available on the1st of employment.

Fully work from home.

You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting. You cannot miss a day of training.

Successfully learn to navigate 12-13 systems and average of 30-40 calls per day.

Hours of Operation: 24/7 and the client is open 365 days a year including holidays - You must be flexible to receive a production schedule that falls anytime within the hours of operation. Production schedules are given during training and based on business need.

About the Call Center Representative role:

Claims inquires or debit card denials.

Questions regarding documentation that has been requested from the member.

Assistance with website. Registration and forgotten usernames/passwords/lockouts.

Members asking for assistance with placing Commuter Orders

Member balance inquiries

Member inquiries about eligible expenses

Member inquiries regarding Plan Year and/or Deadlines

Member inquiries regarding making or missing Contributions for their HSA

Member account closures, transfers, or rollovers

Member profile updates. Address, Phone number, etc.

Member inquiries regarding Tax Forms

Assisting Members with setting up a distribution from their HSA

Assistance with opening a new HSA.

Member rewards and online navigation questions

Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:

Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices).

High school diploma, GED, or college degree.

Must have 6 months of customer service experience.

Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.

Successful completion of a background check is required for this position.

Flexibility to work weekends.

Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.

Equipment and workspace requirements: 

We provide all equipment. (Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, Ethernet Cord, Power Cables)

You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through )

Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet. (Ensure the available connection meets the minimum bandwidth requirements to perform your job function. Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.

Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace. (Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area).
