Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Analyst to join our team, working from the comfort of your own home in Ohio, USA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $25-$40 per hour and a hybrid work model that combines remote work with occasional visits to our office. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing quality and timely fulfillment of merchant demands related to KYC and banking updates, maintenance on existing vendor accounts, new record set-ups, payments research, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to and from financial institutions, merchants, and internal clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Offer support and assistance to merchants, processors, MS TSC, banking, SRG/KOAT, contract review, entries, ESSU, CMS, securing, organization development, risk managers, and welcome acceptance teams.
  • Review, analyze, and process merchant requests, ranging from simple to complex, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Examine, verify, and apply information from business and administrative documents, such as articles of incorporation, licenses, bank statements, insurance agreements, IRS records, AMEX agreements, policies, and procedures, to satisfy basic support demands and KYC requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of cases and adherence to strict deadlines to enhance the merchant experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
