About the Role:

As the Senior National Account Manager for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, you will lead, develop, and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy that drives sustainable sales and profit growth across Ferrero's diverse and growing portfolio.

In this role, you will be the primary owner of the business relationship with the Category Merchants at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. Your strategic leadership and execution will ensure alignment with cross-functional partners to advance both customer and Ferrero business priorities.

This position is Remote. You will report to the Value Channel Team Director and collaborate closely with colleagues on the Value Team, as well as partners in Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance, and more. Your efforts will be key to delivering accurate forecasting, executional excellence, and long-term strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all aspects of Account Management with DT/FD focused on the full everyday portfolio collaborating with the Value Seasonal NAM that manages seasonally dressed items.
  • Lead all sales calls, business reviews and develop key presentations using effective storytelling driven by and insights-based narratives to effectively drive initiatives for the customer category and Ferrero.
  • Own and proactively deepen the relationship with DT/FD category buyer and execute a disciplined, insights-led engagement plan with measurable outcomes and an established feedback loop to act on customer input.
  • Develop customer-specific plans working collaboratively with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management and Finance to deliver financially sound, insight-driven strategies that optimize profitability and ROI.
  • Identify medium and long-term business opportunities at DT/FD in the category and present these opportunities internally and externally with clear financial impact and execution path.
  • Align customer initiatives to Ferrero strategic enablers to drive a meaningful JBP process ensuring joint accountability to shared results.
  • Achieve KPI's to contribute to total DT/FD KPI attainment with emphasis on forecast accuracy, distribution growth, and profitability.
  • Use trade judiciously and effectively to drive demand at DT/FD in category.
  • Develop accurate SKU-level forecasts each month based on expected demand, seasons, and promotions and own forecast accuracy for DT/FD
  • Manage customer payments/ deduction process proactively, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and minimal aged deductions.
About You:
  • At least 8-10 years of Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, and/or Category Management experience is required with demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume national accounts. DT/FD, Confections/Cookies, or Value Channel experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required

  • Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising achievements that delivers sustainable growth and profitability
  • Strong data analytic skills to monitor, track and proactively address customer performance while synthesizing insights to inform planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Effective story telling skills to present key insights and strategic recommendations in front of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to connect analytical insight to strategic action plans that enhance Ferrero's performance at DT/FD and within the Value Channel.
Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $164,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
