Responsibilities

  • Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and policy violations; recommend appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and make recommendations on employment matters.
  • Analyze trends and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring issues.
  • Deliver guidance and training to managers and employees on policy compliance and best practices.
  • Assist with internal projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills

  • 4+ years in Retail Multi-unit Employee Relations
  • 2+ years conducting and managing workplace investigations
  • 3+ years in conduct and performance management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Asset Protection experience a plus
