Work Schedule and Flexibility We offer a flexible work schedule that accommodates various needs: Work almost every day, around 4-5 times a week Typical allotment of time for the task is 25 hours per week Part-time positions available, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week We're open 24 hours a day to fit your schedule Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities will include: Transferring goods from trailers using pallets and individual cases Picking up empty pallet panels and conveying them to a storage location Picking appropriate cases according to order using required technology Ensuring forklift operators possess requisite knowledge and skills to safely manage workplace equipment Loading trailers using carts or placing cases directly onto the truck body floor Obtaining and distributing products and participating in the weekly stock audit Maintaining a clean and healthy working environment by sweeping floors, cleaning trailers, and disposing of garbage Performing tasks that may require carrying loads of various weights (15-50 pounds) Work Environment Our warehouse facility is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires: Standing or walking for the majority of your shift Working in a large facility with a rich soundscape Adapting to indoor working conditions influenced by seasonal and weather changes Minimum Requirements To be successful in this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old Be available to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shifts Be able to lift weights between 15-50 pounds, with or without adaptations Be able to stand and walk for prolonged intervals, with or without feasible adaptations Possess physical flexibility, with the capacity to bend, reach, stoop, or stretch for extended periods Be open to tasks that require working at elevated levels, using specialized tools like ladders and lifts Be able to work in environments with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous equipment, loud machinery, and slippery surfaces Training and Development We offer comprehensive training programs to ensure your success: OSHA, FDA, and FSMA regulations training Safety training for forklift operation Continuous learning and development opportunities Key Characteristics for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: Effective communication skills to maintain seamless workflow Flexibility to adapt to changes in production schedules and environmental shifts Tech savviness to learn new technology and systems Strong work ethic to go beyond what's required and seek opportunities to take on more work Teamwork and dependability to support colleagues and ensure team success Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in your work Safety focus to utilize protective gear, follow manufacturing practices, and report safety concerns Why Join Frito-Lay?
