The Enablement Partner will work closely with deployment teams to expand the use of Palantir and manage client relationships, ensuring effective use of innovative technology to solve critical problems.


Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships and be the end-to-end operational interface between these clients and Palantir
  • Drive use of the Palantir platform through on-the-ground engagement directly with users
  • Gather insights and painpoints to feed back to our Product Engineers and Product Development teams, and collaborate on new developments to ensure they’re meeting our clients’ needs
  • Lead client training sessions in order to amplify enablement across user groups

Skills

  • Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
  • Prior experience in high growth operations, account management, and/or project management
  • An adaptive communication style to suit a variety of audiences, including discussing technical requirements and solutions with internal and client engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs, complete projects with tight deadlines, and proactively manage client stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage projects (using task-tracking applications like JIRA, Asana) and coordinate with Palantir engineers for end-to-end implementation
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Travel Expectation: minimum 75% time on customer sites (customer onsite locations vary)
  • Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
