This role sits at the intersection of business and product, enabling us to scale highly effective growth marketing campaigns and programs through tooling. You will manage our marketing tech stack contribute to the evolution of our marketing technology strategies, and collaborate with key partners to implement impactful campaigns and projects.<br /> If you thrive in bridging technical solutions with business goals, love understanding the technical side of things, and want to make a direct impact on growth, this role is for you.<br /> What You'll Do<br /> • Look after and optimize our growth marketing tech stack (tooling, systems, etc.)<br /> • Work with growth marketing stakeholders to address automation, personalization, and experimentation needs<br /> • Evaluate new tools and vendors and make recommendations to strengthen our marketing tech stack​<br /> • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn growth strategies into scalable execution<br /> • Troubleshoot technical issues in campaign executions<br /> Who You Are<br /> • 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing technology or related growth roles at a fast growing tech company.<br /> • Proven understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., familiarity with customer data platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, etc.) and a constant desire to learn more<br /> • Experience in formulating solutions and implementing new marketing technologies to meet business needs and drive growth<br /> • Positive relationship building and stakeholder management skills and excels at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners<br /> • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, limited resources and tight deadlines<br /> Where You'll Be<br /> • This role is based in New York<br /> • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2 times per week.<br /> The United States base range for this position is $79,057.00-112,938.00 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process.
