Graphic Design Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in the healthcare sector. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in a wide range of creative projects, utilizing your skills in brand development, infographic design, and event materials.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced colleagues who provide one-to-one training in the technical aspects of the job as well as project management and effective client communication.

About You

We are looking for proactive candidates who can contribute innovative ideas for the development of our graphic design services. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

This position requires you to have a problem-solving mindset, strong design skills, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A degree-level qualification in a Design-based subject (minimum or expected 2.1 or equivalent), along with a highly innovative portfolio
  • Excellent technical skills in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, with familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong experience with layout design
  • Ability to maintain exceptional customer service and quality of deliverables under multiple competing demands
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, an excellent level of productivity, and flexibility to respond to changing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships

What We Offer

The starting salary for the role is £25,000 to £30,000, depending on your previous experience. Salary increases are typically awarded after 6 and 12 months and again on promotion.
