As an IT Support Analyst I, you will be a key member of a collaborative IT team, providing technical support and ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and mobile devices across the organization. This role requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to technical issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, assist with device setup and imaging, and contribute to process improvements and documentation. The position provides opportunities to grow technical expertise, participate in projects, and support critical IT operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

·         Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.

·         Troubleshoot complex technical issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure timely resolution.

·         Respond to user requests via phone, service portals, and other communication channels.

·         Perform desktop/laptop imaging, asset management, and mobile device setup.

·         Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and process guidelines.

·         Generate reports on incidents, service requests, telephony usage, and customer satisfaction surveys.

·         Coordinate remediation efforts during outages or major incidents.

·         Cross-train team members and contribute to assigned IT projects.

·         Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting IT environments.

·         Proficiency in Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Citrix, and VDI environments.

·         Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, network monitoring tools, and Cisco telephony systems (preferred).

·         Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow and working within ITIL frameworks.

·         Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

·         Ability to triage and make rapid decisions in high-pressure scenarios, including managing major outages.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
