<li>Direct American Express EIRP teams in both the US and UK.</li>
<li>Build an adaptive team with the right people, processes, and technology to excel in internal and external investigations, incident response, and driving mitigation of any associated risks</li>
<li>Collaborate across technology and business departments and influence the direction of incident response decisions with a business/regulatory compliance approach</li>
<li>Ensure incident response plans and procedures are maintained and followed, while driving alignment to applicable compliance laws and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Confident leading conference calls with large numbers of stakeholders, including C-suite</li>
<li>Mature Key Program Metrics through a reporting strategy and platform that meets business and global market compliance needs</li>
<li>Mentor, encourage, and develop a diverse team with different experience levels to support personal and professional growth</li>
<li>Cultivate an inclusive and growth mindset culture</li>
</ul>
<h5 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Passion for cyber security, incident response, data privacy, governance, risk, and compliance</li>
<li>Authority in incident handling, forensic investigation enablement/management, data privacy, and global cyber regulatory compliance requirements</li>
<li>Theoretical and practical knowledge of Incident Response lifecycles and Incident Handling (NIST, SANS) processes</li>
<li>Ability to convey complex incident response concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical or business knowledge</li>
<li>Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills</li>
<li>After hours issues and on-call responsibilities may be required periodically</li>
<li>Some international travel may be required annually</li>
</ul>
<h5 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Formal external Certifications including, but not limit to: CISM, CISA, CISSP</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
