Responsibilities: Listing Management: Create and optimize compelling Airbnb listings to attract guests. Guest Communication: Promptly respond to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival information and support. Guest Welcome: Ensure a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests, providing property details and answering questions. Property Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appeal of the properties. Guest Satisfaction: Proactively ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable stay. Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally. Coordination: Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready. Review Management: Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and implement improvements based on insights. Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
